The Principal
Nicole Griffin.
Real estate has been my profession for nearly two decades. Nevada first, in 2006. California some years later.
When my husband Mickey founded our investment firm, Progressive REI, I was part of it from the beginning. My role has grown over time — into the design side of our properties, and most recently into rebuilding the firm's operations and systems. Years inside the investment practice trained my eye. I stopped seeing homes only as they were and began reading them for what they could become — a perspective I now bring to every listing I represent.
Today the practice moves in both directions. I represent buyers, sellers, and investors across Nevada and California, and on properties that are mine to design, I lead both the transformation and the transaction — one practitioner, one arc.
